Mediterranean salad (Cheese, spinach and baby lettuce leaves, olives, fresh tomatoes, fresh herbs)
Platter of baguettes – choose from cheese, tuna, egg or ham, all served with plenty of fresh salad and nibbles.
Moroccan flatbread – humous, chicken (optional), falafel, pickled cabbage, pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of lemon mayonnaise. Served with a side salad.
Croque Monsieur – toasted ham and cheese sandwich covered in cheesy béchamel sauce and browned in the oven.
Omelette, with a variety of fillings.
Moules: served with white wine, garlic and shallots or cream and Roquefort, both with crusty bread.
Rillettes of Goose or Duck served with homemade chutney and toast
Creamy sautéed wild mushrooms on toast
Gambas pil pil – Spanish style king prawns in garlic and olive oil
Bruscetta – artichokes or tomato and garlic
Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto
Italian Meatballs – pork and beef meatballs in a rich tomato sauce with mozzarella, fresh basil and linguine
Confit Duck cassoulet – confit duck cooked slowly with beans and vegetables
Poisson Du Jour – The catch of the day served with seasonal locally grown vegetables.
Tempura – Lightly battered fish, seafood, chicken and fresh vegetables served with dipping sauces – an incredible shared experience complete with chopsticks!
Succulent Pulled Pork with Fennel and spice served with potatoes and red cabbage.
